70.00 Parts Call Out All hours before 7:30 AM and after 4:30 PM Including Saturdays and Sundays

  1. There will be a minimum of two hours charged at the appropriate rate, if a technician is called in for after-hours service.


  2. For Outside Service Calls, a normal workday is considered an 8-hour period between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, with 1 hour for lunch. All other hours, including Saturday are considered overtime.


  3. For out-of-town field service a minimum of 18 hours per day to apply at the appropriate hourly rate.


  4. Travel time will be charged at the appropriate hourly rate.


  5. There will be a stand-by charge if our personnel are required to do so either on-site or at nearby location, including holidays and weekends, or other times when work ceases. The appropriate hourly rate will apply.


  6. Actual costs, plus a 10% service charge will apply for lodging and travel expenses (i.e., air fare, car rental, hotel, etc.). Receipts will be furnished upon request.


  7. Mileage will be charged at $2.00 per mile. Mileage will be charged at $3.00 for 1-TON and Trailers.


  8. To protect our personnel from undue hazards, we do not expect them to work excessive hours.


  9. A progressive billing may apply to lengthy jobs/installations.


  10. Claims for defective workmanship must be made in writing within 30-days, see our full TERMS & CONDITIONS for all further details. These Terms & Conditions form is an integral part of all our services and considered expressively agreed unless otherwise advised in writing.


  11. PEI requires a purchase order for all services and our payment terms are net 30 days.
